I think they have different spring rates since Acura motor is heavier but they are intercahangable. I had 94 GSR springs on my civic and then put them on my brothers Del sol.
Almost everything suspsension wise is interchangable. Springs, shocks, control arms, brakes, lower control arms etc....

92-95 springs and 94-01 Integra springs/shocks are interchangable. From what I've heard the 96-00 Civic shocks are not compatible, but springs should still be...
