Is there a way to get the numbers on the odometer to line up straight again after the mileage has been altered due to malfunction or tampering. I know they are made specifically to be off alignment if tampered with to prevent people from lying about the mileage when selling their used cars but I'm hoping someone might know a trick. I must be a little ocd because it really bugs me that the numbers don't line up perfectly.
