Default odd problem

i decided to fix my exhaust leak today, one bolt was missing the other was loose i drove to the hardware store got some new bolts came back fixed the leak then went to start the car up 5 times in a row it started up but idled low around 500 rpms then died the only way i could keep it going was by giving it gas, yet it would still die eventually after about those 5 times the car wouldn't start at all the starter would attemp to start the car, but no response it seemed somewhat odd that the car was running perfectly fine before i fixed the leak so i thought maybe it was the o2 sensor on the test pipe that was bad, yet even if it was bad wouldn't the car still start and idle? this leads me to believe the car either isn't getting fuel or spark yet im not positive because the problem arose within 5 minutes start up and drive to the store was perfectly fine, after fixing the exhaust leak it was totally fucked? ne help or suggestions will be appreciated before i start tearing into this problem tom. morning

thanks in advance
josh,

its a 95 integra with a b20vtec 99 b20b block 00 b16a2 head pretty sure converted back to obdI cuz im running the same ecu that came with the car but chipped sorry i forgot to mention that in the first post

btw: i dont have a cat just a test pipe, but there is an o2 sensor in the test pipe, a shop (zerolift) put the motor together n put it in the car so im not totally positive of wiring or ecu operation

i was thinking about replacing it, but you would think the car would still at least idle i mean i was only missing one bolt from the header to the test pipe so exhaust gases were still coming out the back, i mean its a very good possibility, but i just think it leans more towards spark plugs cuz it wont start at all anymore and im almost positive the fuel pumps working
