OBX question

Edited fasted image of the OBX LSD I could find. (Apologize to owner
)Circles indicate face I had machined. ONLY this side!
MistaBone and others are using shims meant for other things that will work instead of doing any machining. I had a VERY hard time finding a machine shop willing to do the work anyway. NOTE: I also had them turn down the "X" on each end (Original form is 40mm. I was/am using a 35mm bearing trans case) but you DON'T need that.

I went about it a different way. I put a shim between the diff and the bearing and pitched the honda shim.

It was in my toolbox and was the perfect size. It was from a mercruiser or mercury outdrive from when I used to rebuild them. It left it with .003" clearance.
