you will have to get new bearings (using the LS/B16 type) Then you need to enlarge the area around the diff in the case.

I have a similar question, I have a y21, (jdm b16a2) so do I just get the b16 lsd? dumb question probably, but I thought I heard somebody say something about the jdm tranny having a different ring gear or something
