Default (HELP) OBD2 CODE

I am trying to figure out a way to bypass this code or find out how to resolve it. I am throwing p0170 and p0172. The code reader is saying running to rich. If anyone can help it will be much appreciated. I am trying to go to emmisions tomorrow. Thank You.
