obd1 o2 sensor problem! Help

obd1 o2 sensor problem! Help
I have a 93 Hatch with a gsr swap running stock obd1 gsr ecu
the Check Engine Light is on its throwing a 41 which is o2 sensor i just replaced this and its brand new dont know what else to do the code will not go away i dont kno why? any suggestions
