Icon5 OBD1 Auto Wiring Tuck Help

I'm installing a tucked engine bay harness into a Automatic OBD1 B18B1 Integra LS with a P75 ECU.
(Don't give me crap about doing this to a auto, as far as I can tell not a single other human online has done this an documented the process so that's value enough if I figure this out)
Not a single tucked harness on the market I could find supports a automatic b series so I figured I can separate everything for the trans an create a separate harness by pinning an depinning connectors.
I deloomed an depined each wire in the old engine bay harness an created a separate mini harness for the "Lock Up Control Solenoid Valves", "Shift Control Solenoid Valves" "Mainshaft Speed Sensor" "Countershaft Speed Sensor"
I grounded these to the ground off the water outlet in the engine bay since the old ground wire for this harness came from that location.

Red is the harness I separated for AT plugs Blue is Sensors that the tucked harness had plugs for since a MT still has a VSS an output sensor.
(These red plugs would normally be at the shock tower)
(Giving these plugs my own labels of AT1/AT2, these are not OEM labels for these plugs its just to help me self identify)

This is where things stop making so much sense to me.

The red Arrow following the wiring towards the bottom right is going towards ECU plugs A, B, an D

Bringing AT1/AT2 through the firewall I figured it would be as easy as taking the other end of AT1/AT2 an plug them in then trace back to the ECU plugs A, B, an D depin them off the OEM plugs an pin them into the tucked harness plugs that go into the ECU since one would assume any spot for a auto trans would be blank or used by a MT sensor on the tucked ECU an could be easily interchanged without issue.

Plan was to depin Auto Trans wires from OEM plugs an repin them into the same spots on tucked harness plugs to go back into ECU

The current issue I seem to be having is the pinout guide I'm following off https://technet.ff-squad.com/wiring.obd1.htm doesn't seem to match. Before depinning anything I'm checking continuity from AT1/AT2 all the way to the ECU plugs but im not getting anything.
Trying to follow some wiring schematics I found online an things are pointing to a TCM under the left side kickpanel. Im at the ECU on the right side.

Do these wires not actually run to the ECU but to a TCM somewhere opposite side of the dash I'm not seeing? Should I be prepared to extend these wires to run under the dash an to the driver side of the vehicle?
Does anyone have a actual picture of a TCM from an Integra for reference or is it actually the interlock control?

Diagram I found online showing a separate TCM at left side kickpanel

Blue circles are "interlock control" which I don't think is my TCM. I disabled shift interlock on my car a LONG time ago at the shifter an never had a issue. I also see my Cruise control module which is also deleted from the engine bay. Red wires are subharness plugs running under dash an into driver side shock tower plugs which are now pulled inside vehicle

EDIT: I found the TCM, my dumbass looked everywhere but behind the kickpanel
I can provide more specific information or pictures on request. Anyone taking the time to seriously help is greatly appreciated.
I'm a mechanic by trade so don't be afraid to get technical I might ask for clarification but I'm sure I can follow along.
I find it exciting finding things that can work for the auto teg people haven't done before, should have seen the look on my face when I realized my front traction bar didn't clear the auto trans an bent the second I dropped the vehicle off the jack LMAO in hindsight it made sense but before that I wasn't even considering it.
