Icon2 OBD02 O2 sensor wiring

i have a 98 civic coupe. the bottom O2 sensor is bad and need to pass DEQ my buddy gave me an O2 sensor from his 99-00 civic hatch. the wiring from the plug and sensor were cut. there is,

1 green wire
1 white wire
2 black wires

does it matter what black wire gets connected from the plug to the sensor? or are both the black wires the same thing and does not matter as long as everything is color matched?

Also, my 98 is an OBD02A and his is an OBD02B(right?) does this matter?

thank you in advance

The black leads are for the "heater" in the O2 sensor and it should not make any diff. which way the blacks are connected. 94
