obd0 to obd1 questions???

obd0 to obd1 questions???
I have an 4g civ hb dx. I was planning on getting a y8 head put on my d15b2. Currently my car is obd0. I was told the best ecu for the job is the p28 which is obd1.
What do I need for the conversion beside a harness and ecu??? what distributor can I use??? etc.
