Default OBD0-OBD1 Injector clip cutting?

I'm converting my CRX to a GSR swap and i was looking at the injector clip vs. the actual obd1 injector. It looks like i could cut a corner off of each side of the clip and it would fit right on. Has anyone tried this? i dont see any writeups on it.

what about using obd1 injector clips and just rewiring them to the stock obd0 ones....is it striaght forward??? just connect the two wires on each clip and plug in my obd1 injectors into my obd0 set-up????

cutting them worked such an easy thing to do, and they fit perfect, i cant imagine spending money on clips after this. Took maybe 10 minutes to cut the small corners off of each one.
