how can you use a obd0 distributor on a obd1 car. what do you need to do... thanks

the answer is no for sure if it's a vtec engine, i haven't checked for non vtec! but i think it would be the same answer!

ya im going to change my b16a1 toa obd1 but dont want to spend the 180 on a new obd1 distributor

You cannont use it. There are a different number of teeth on the sensor, and it is not something that is easy to tamper with.
