Default obd0 > obd1 distibutor

My motor is jdm b16a obd0 in my crx. Im wondering if it is possible to put a obd1 dizzy like a b17 or something in place of my obd0 and just rewire a small harness between the dizzy and the car harness? and if it will bolt on also?
Thanks

If you go OBD1 diz need a OBD1 ECU the teeth count on the shaft are different from OBD0 to OBD1 think OBD0 is 16 and OBD1 is 24 (or Vice Versa). you can use a 90-91 teg Diz but have to cut the front leg off. Any OBD0 MPFI diz will work with some mods though if you get to hard up

Yes you can use no-vtec diz with v-tec ECU/engines. Internally there the same thing. About that harness....P28 is OBD1 that you can use the B17 diz, B18C1/C5 or B16A2 BTW nice work on the jumper
