I have searched and i cant find what is described on this site and others.

There is a wire going to my fan and a harness. The harness is 2 pieces. One has many wires and the other has 2 single wires going into it and one wire coming out the back

Found it. Connected the 2 wires with a piece of wire, turned my car to on and the check engine light stayed solid. Does that mean that I have no codes or does that mean that the wire I used was not good enough.

I am trying to diagnose a no crank but no start
