OBD 0/1 to 2 Conversion?

OBD 0/1 to 2 Conversion?
Is it worth it to buy a OBD 0 or 1 motor and convert it to OBD2? What all has to be done? Someone said just a jumper harness? i dont trust the person though. I thought i read there was a lot more that had to be done. Can anyone help.
