o2 wiring & universal O2

o2 wiring & universal O2
I picked up a universal bosch o2 sensor, unfortunetly the colors are different so I am not quite sure which wire goes to which.
Any ideas?
The Stock harness is
Black
Black
Green
White
The Bosch O2 is
White
White
Grey
Black
Currently I tried
_O2__ __HARNESS_
white -> black
white -> black
grey -> green
black -> white
No luck, even tried switching the two white/blacks.
Still get a code, and my idle doesn't go below 1,400 and it bounces 300rpm up and down constantly.
Any helps would be great
