o2 simulator problem. Katman HELP!
So now that I have my 01 gsr swap into my 96 hatch, I need to pass emissions. I have an oxygen simulator to get rid of my secondary o2 code, but my vehicle does not have the plug for me to tap into. What pin outs on my ecu should I tap into to get it to work. I used ffsquad to try and figure it out but it is still not working. some body please help! I thought I should use a11 as the 12v power source, d13 as the the ground and d14 as the signal. What am I doing wrong. I got the simulator at o2sim dotcom
I got the simulator to start blinking but now it is throwing a code 65 second o2 heater circuit fault. should I just splice the primary o2 heater into the secondary wire, or will that just screw things up more?

It'll screw things up, so don't do it.
D14 is the 2nd O2 input.

I have the simulator signal wired into d14. but it is still giving the heater core circuit failure code. I only need it to work for 1 day every 2 years. thats all not too much to ask.
If this box (or you) didn't take care of simulating that aspect of the 2nd O2 sensor, then you'll get a CEL (Code 65, I think). Use a 15ohm 10W resistor to simulate the heater.
That is exactly what I hoped. Now the only problem is the radioshack near me no longer carries the resistors in stock so they had to order it. Thanks for your help(and yes it is a code 65)!!!
