on OBD2 Is it ok to place the first o2 sensor in the cat instead of the header. There is a clearance issue placing the o2 sensor in that spot with the header so i have no choice. Is it going to affect anything as far as how my car runs?

Also we clipped the 2nd o2 (the one after the catalytic converter) when we were taking my exhaust off because i have a hondata here and im switching to OBD1. Of course now im throwing a CEL, will that affect anything either? I can solder the wires back on and stick it in but if its not going to do anything il just leave it go until I have the hondata installed. Present from jackson racing is coming soon maybe il just stick it back in.
