Default o2 sensor probs

I have been having a code 1 since my swap, b16 obd 1 in 92 VX, and today I have finally got around to checking all my o2 signal connections. I first checked d14, o2 ecu pinout, and it checked out at a steady .038 and .037 and never moved anywhere else. I then checked the white wire on the o2 sensor and at idle it read .9xx, and when I would rev the engine it read .0xx, and the fluctuate all over the place. Then I checked the wire that was on the plug right before the ECU harness and it read the same as the o2 sensor, and then I went to check the other side and saw that there was no wire for that pin on the other side of the plug Is this normal, and if there is no conecction then why is there any signal at all. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What jind of problems are your reffering to that are the same as mine, does he have the same car with the same swap, or are you just getting a code, or is he missing a wire too.
