o2 sensor location in 95 integra ls

i'm getting a custom downpipe made for my car and the guy asked me if the o2 sensor is located in the cat or the downpipe. i'd go out and look but hurricane lilly is dumping all kinds of rain on me. my car is a 95 integra ls obd1

The 1994 LS downpipe beside me has the O2 sensor in it and not the cat. I'm sure the 1995 is the same way.
