O2 Sensor CEL Help?

O2 Sensor CEL Help?
Engine is an OBD1 GSR, and I'm getting an intermittent cel for the O2 sensor... It mostly comes on during deceleration, especially after I've pushed the clutch in...
The CEL goes off if I turn the car off and on, but it's pretty annoying to have to find a place to pull over to do so...
The car is tuned, but was running VERY rich before the tune, so maybe the O2 sensor is just really dirty?
Any ideas of where to start troubleshooting?
