o2 sensor ?

I am going to be swapping out my obd2 ecu for a obd1 ecu, and my integra has 2 o2 sensors. which one will not be needed the one before the cat or the one after?

The O2 sensor on the header will be used. The O2 sensor on the cat will not be used.
