Default O2 controls????

I've finished my simple oscillator to fool the computer into thinking I have an operating O2 sensor. It bounces 0 and 650 mV back and forth. I'm wondering if installing it would be a wise idea considering my car is spraying? I assume that when you go WOT the car ignores the secondary O2 and its safe, but would like to verfiy first.

FYI, the 03 Accord I4 m/t only has no MAFS.

This is simple to get rid of the CEL I have when I'm running at the track without a cat, cuz you know that I run a cat on the road.

I'm reading through my Accord Bible (aka the Honda Technician Service manual), but not producing any useful info.

The 2nd O2 shouldn't be swinging from 0 - 650mV.....if the ECU sees that this sensor is somewhat tracking the primary O2, it will think the catalytic converter is going south.

But yes, when you go WOT, the ECU ignores O2 input.
