Do all b18c blocks have those numbers near the 4th cyclinder like the one on the picture? If not, what sleeving companys engrave numbers on that side?

I bought a sleeved gsr block and I'm trying to figure out which company did the sleeving. My numbers start with a Fxxxxxxxxx

 

all blocks have that from the factory. its a serial number i believe
