Is this normal?
Ok guys I just got done rebuilding my motor........I blew out the intake reliefs on #4 piston......and I had what I thought was a head gasket leak
Well I got everything back together, I had my head decked so it is true and so is the block.....I installed a new cometic headgasket with copper spray and well here is what I am seeing
Before all the rebuild happened, under spirited driving I was pushing coolant into the overflow......not like gushing fluid in but some would find it way in there......but eventually go back.....coolant temps never got over 220.
Fast forward to tonight, and under spirited driving again, it again was pushing a little coolant into the overflow......ECT are 190 while driving under full boost.......no smoke, no sign's of anything wrong..
So my question is, is it normal to push a little coolant into the overflow?
Sorry for my noobishness
