Noob question in engine building

Default Noob question in engine building

if i were to bore out a block...lets say a b18b1 to 84mm, what else would i have to get/do besides getting new pistons?

you cant bore a b18 block to 84mm
82mm maybe.

really? i thought the b20b was essentially a b18b bored out to 84mm?

id recommend to get the B18 sleeved if u want 84mm. If u dont want to go that route just get a b20.
