Default non-vtec b20>>>code 45

JDM b20 in EK
98 LS ecu
getting CEL 45

i cant remember but i think it's a rich/lean code. can someone verify? and how do i determine whether it's rich or lean? and how do i fix it? i'm already running a GSR fuel pump, using the b20 injectors and fuel rail.
whats next? FPR?
anyway to fix this without spending a whole lot of money? i'm already on my second motor cause i messed up the first one. dont know if this code is the cause of it, and i dont want it to happen again.
suggestions please and thanx

the B20's need much more fuel than the civic engine so i'm gonna guess it's running lean if you are using the stock B20 FPR, injectors and fuel pump.......

the only true way of knowing is to monitor o2 sensor voltage or get it on the dyno with a wideband o2 sensor to see exactly whats going on........

first thing i would do is get s fuel pressure guage and a adjustible FPR and bump the fuel pressure to 40-45psi with the hose connected.

i'm not exactly sure on the flow rate of the B20 injectors but i think they might also cause a problem since they do look diffrent than all the other b-series engines so i would assume they flow diffrently as well..........swap some integra injectors in there perhaps........?

okay, cool thanx...

i thought the b20 injectors would have been better.

i'm planning on getting a fuel pressure guage and a adjustible FPR soon, but just havent had the money.

i went on the dyno last year with the old motor.. didnt do the wide band but the guy said he could tell that the motor was leaning out after around 5-5500rpm. i just thought it might be diff with this motor... guess not.
