Im trying to find a part number for this part. I cant find them anywhere. I might be looking in the wrong places, but any help would be great. Is there another car like a b18 that have the same distributor?

What motor is this distributor for? I'll assume it's for your LS/VTEC, in which case you could use a 90-91 LS distributor and uut off the front mounting leg, or you can get a OBD0 B16A replacement from Distributor King.

 

I just bought a distributor from another guy that was on ebay, much like the king. But it doesnt work, there is something that looks like maybe a outer ignition coil? not sure but that hits my vtec cylinoid not allowing me to adjust my timing, that is if i could actually start my car. Mybe I will buy another one from the king.

Do you happen to have a picture of the distributor? If it was the right one, there should be no issues with it fitting and moving for adjustment.

 

exactly what i thought. Its a guy much like the distributor king. He sells crap loads of them and there wasnt a lot of negatives on his account. I contacted him about it and I will see what he says. I will try and post up a pic tomorrow.

 

I finally got it working. The outer piece still gets in the way, but i just detached it from the distributor and mounted it some where else.
