Icon4 No Spark on Cylinders 2 and 3

Vehicle:
2001 Honda CRV 4 Wheel Drive OBD2b

Components:
Swapped B20Z2 with JDM B20B using US intake/exhaust/MAP/MAF/IACV/TPS (TPS broke, installed a new 1 non-calibrated). Downpipe/exhaust manifold connected (not the cat/remaining exhaust/both O2 sensors). Attempted CKF Bypass using .:FFS TechNet : CKF Bypass Trick :. guide and upon cylinder 2/3 no fire, wired back to OEM settings/pinouts.

Codes:
p0122 (Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input), p0135 (Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction [Bank1, Sensor1]), p0141 (Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction [Bank1, Sensor2]), and p1337 (Crankshaft Position Sensor 2 No Signal)

Problem:
Cylinder 2 and Cylinder 3 have no spark.

Attempted Diagnosis:
New dizzy, wires, and plugs = no difference.
(Looks like there's spark at dizzy, not at wire ends [Have used 4 sets of wires])

FYI:
Bypass uses C22 (CKFP), C29 (CYPP), C30 (CYPM), and C31 (CKFM). Compression is 190 on all cylinders.

Question 1) Will any of these codes "de-rate/detune" the engine to the point of creating no spark on 2 cylinders?

Question 2) Will a faulty attempt at the bypass, using ONLY those four wires, cause the no spark?

Question 3) What is the next step in diagnosing?
