Default No power in v-tec

I recently had my GSR motor built, I mean full Skunk2 head, Skunk2 stage 2 cams, JE pistons, eagle rods, Hondata stage 2 w/obd 2 to 1 harness, port and polished head, RC engineering 310CC injectors, skunk 2 intake manifold. other modifications----- dc sports DAC short ram intake, apexi dunk cat back exhaust, kamikaze header. type R LSD. i had the piston rings replaced and broke in the motor so i went to have it dynoed and to re tune the hondata and i got a top hp of 158 and a top torque of 123 this is ridiclious my friend had almost the exact set up in his hatch and had 204 hp and 160 torque so i just dont understand why the vtec is not producing power vtec cracks like a mother almost blowing ur eardrums but NO POWER anyone that might beable to help me please share your input thanks
