You have a blown fuse.

When you checked them did you test them with a meter or just eyeball them?

What is the MM&Y of the car? 94

Just as these guys stated you've blown a fuse.. I agree.. you're probably just checking the little fuses and just skipping the BIG ones.. like your Starter Fuse or your Battery Fuse. The battery fuse should range from anywhere in the 80 to 100. This is located in your Engine bay Fuse box not under your dash.

Pretty sure it's not a main fuse, engine would not crank if it was a main fuse. 94
