No fuel getting to the motor. How to debug?

Ignition problem.. no power, but the car battery is not dead and the car cranks.
Im having a problem getting fuel and my fields vtec controller power. the only thing they have in commin is they both get power from the ignition. I can turn the key, but I dont know where the fuse or relay is for the ignition? Anyone else have any ideas why I'm not getting any ignition power? btw I just did a d16 to d16 motor swap.
