Default no compression in 2 cylinders

My car was overheating and burned coolant. Although it had good compression in all 4a cylinders. So I replaced cylinder head gasket set and put the car back together. Now the car has good compression in 2 cylinders and 0 in other 2 cylinders. And car doesn't start. Please help

I rotated it over by hand and everything was still lined up. Im thinking it has to do with timing
