does your cel light go on when you turn your key on? my buddies in his civic si didn't and it ended up being a burnt bulb. i betcha he's got a cel on this wholetime but obviously he doesn't know cuz hes too lazy to change his bulb

<FONT COLOR="royalblue"> The CEL doesn't turn on at anytime. I tried changing the bulb, but nothing changed. I will try another bulb just for shyts & jiggles. Thanks! </FONT>
