Default Nitrious Jets

Any of you happen to know where to purchase small direct port jets such as 50 or less? I posted an identical thread in the Bike section, hoping they would know the answer but no one replied.

dude...direct port jets lower than that will do nothing but clog no matter what filters you have on the line. in fact, even at that level of power increase, they will clog.

how small do you expect those holes to be player! i'd imagine they are in the 16-18 thousandths range- that is incredibly small...

EDIT/ADD: best bet is to use a properly designed single fogger like NX

Makes sense now that I think about it.... But how do bikes run small shots then? Is there some kind of a special kit designed for ITBs? Because I am trying to use nitrous with GSXR 1000 ITBs and a direct port was the only thing that I can think of.

i checked with my powersports contact at NX and he said they do run 18 fuel and 18 nitrous on their 700cc+ FI kits. he said there is a risk of them clogging, but typically if you run good filters, contrary to what i originally said, they don't have problems.

now, that doesn't mean you will use those sized jets because the feed pressure for the fuel is different, but atleast you know they do successfully use jets that tiny.

i'd talk to a tech at NX and see what they recommend for your application or email mike@nitrousexpress.com
