Default NGK part # needed, help

the factory plug is like a BKR6E-11, and i need the plug a step colder, which i thought would be just BKR7E-11 but the guy at the parts store looked at me like i was a moron, so if anyone knows the NGK part # i can use to get a heat range colder plug than stock i would appreciate it. thanks

Stock number is what you're really asking for.

1283 for BKR7E-11

1095 is for the BCP plugs with the projected insulator. I would think you'd want to keep the insulator farther away from all the action.

1283 works for me ............. I hate going into a parts store and having the guy look at you like you're crazy just because he has no idea. It seems like I have to get the specific part # everytime...they either can't find it, don't want to try, or find the wrong part.
