Coilovers, TEIN.
Spring and shock combo, Ground Control/Skunk 2 and Koni Yellow
Brakes, if you want to run a 14" or smaler rim, then the GS-R is about the best you can do, or any performance variation of the same size...
Cam Gears, TODA or AEM
Pulleys, AEM
Header, JDM ITR

i would work you suspension, car will be a lot funner to drive if you can hang in the corners.
ground control coil overs, komi adjustables.
benen, front & rear strut bars, benen front and rear tie bars
suspenson techniques rear sway bar, or itr rear sway bar with beaks mounting kit,
polurithane bushing full kit, at least a front sway bar bushing if you run a rear sway bar, nuespeed also has a bushing just for the front bar.
get some good tires, and probably a camber kit.
then if you have any money left over. go for i/h/e to start with. once you have that done you can start to do some cosmetic stuff if you like,
spoon chin spoiler, spoon duckbill, vision mirrors, jdm corners(to bad you can't get the all ambers anymore) carbon hood.
it all depends on what you like and what you wanna do. i gave you alist of things that i woudl do in that order.

i did not notice that you have a cx i would definatly upgrade your braking system when you do your suspension. if you start adding more power it will wear out your breaks faster and they will not stop you as fast as they should.
great suggestions.. i agree with everything... but if you want some inexpensive lightweight rims, what about the rota's? they are light spoon knock-offs.
check out http://www.seriousauto.com
It's a Miata page, but they are the cheapest I've seen so far
The 15" weighs 12 lbs I think
Good luck
