Default newbie w/ coilover question and idle prob.

i recently bought a 95 civic ex, (v-tech), i owned a pickup on airbags previously, and i now miss hitting my switches. i was curious about air cylinders, are they expensive to install? i heared it was a simple (considering) bolt on install? is this true? and if there is a air leak or a valve or cylinder breaks, can you still drive or does the side thats broke lay low and/or hit ground. do they even lay frame, or would you be able to adjust some type of emergency locking device??? i also wanted to know about coilovers, when you adjust them, can they be adjusted from stock height to a higher height, or can you also adjust them to lay low also? if they are able to be lowered, which brand is best (for a reasonably cheap price) and still has a smooth ride and is reliable. and whats an average install cost? thanks for the help. i have alot more questions i will still need to ask (if i dont find them in the SEARCH first. also my car seems to have a faster pickup speed in the morning while engine is cool, but in the afternoon it is noticibly slower, i have an apexi exhaust and was told this helps add H/P. it feels like the gas is hesitating, took it to honda and they said they see no prob. i know that something is wrong, any ideas??? PM me if you want to help and need more info. thanks again PAUL
