I am getting a bareblock b18a and I need to know whether it is possible to use any b series cranks or do I need to stay with the ls crank or maybe is it possible to use any b18 cranks, or what....

Any help would be appreciated!

Re: newbie crank question (sappsycho)
Also (sorry for my ignorance ) Is it feasible and reasonable to buy the crank WITHOUT the pistons and rods, etc.....

Thank you for any input...

Re: newbie crank question (sappsycho)
you can use any b series crank but then you will run into rod length problems...and stuff liek that....just buy any year ls crank...and yes you can find cranks for like a $100 out on partstrader or urbanracer...without the rods and psitons....oh yeah..make sure you put new bearing all around.
