I have a 00 civic with 61,000 miles on it and I have never changed the spark plugs...my car is starting to feel a little sluggish and the gas mileage has been lower than normal......should I change my spark plugs, and what are the best brands...thanks

Yep, NGK's. The owners manual or the under hood lable will specify which plug to use. Pick up some anti-sieze compund for aluminum heads while you're there. Watch out how much you tighten the new plugs. Don't over-torque.

Get a set of BKR6E-11s

Hand tighten all your plugs with your extension, and tighten 1/4 turn with ratchet. Use some anti sieze also.
