Default New engine, no start, code 16, HELP!

I just finished my first swap done by myself, everything went pretty smooth except for this. I converted my new car from auto to manual and put a ls in it. I went to start it and it cranks, but wont start. It threw a code 16 for fuel injectors, so I changed my injectors, and nothing happened. I changed the main relay, and nothing happened. I checked all wires and grounds, and found nothing wrong. When I put the new injectors in, it was clearly getting pressure cause gas was coming out of all 4 injector ports. Im not really sure what to do at this point, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not trying to revive old threads, but this is exactly what's wrong with my car. Thanks for posting the solution
