Default new clutch engagment problems

i just put an exedy stock replacment clutch in my del sol vtec. i pull it out of the bay fine drive it about a mile. Well i'mm sitting at a light, it goes green so i start to take in first and it feel like it fell out of gear, i loook at the shifter and it is still in first gear position. so i try all the gears and none work, tried bleeding the clutch and it didn't help, although i didn't take off the slave cylnder when i changed the clutch so i wouldn't have to bleed it, but any ways now you put it in any geaer let off the clutch and nothing happens, no funny noises or anything, anyone have any ideas?? i think before i pull it out i'm goin to power bleed it but i doubt it will help, because it made no difference at allbefore.
