Neutral safety switch part II...
Since it's a M/T I guess it's actually not a NSS, but whatever... the thing that won't let you start the car if the clutch isn't pushed
.
I picked on up at the wreckers' for $5, fabricated my own bracket and installed it (the '89-'91 CRX brackets are different than the '88's). Now I just need to know how to wire it. I assume it's an interrupt for the starter solenoid? Can anyone provide some info on this?

How could just one wire running to the ground control anything? I already picked one up, and it's a two-wire pushbutton switch... kinda like a doorbell.
Connect one wire to the existing wire that goes to the starter interupt relay and the other "one" wire to chasis.
Or you could just connect that existing wire to the chasis and you could start with the pedal up. Many ways to do this.
You could have a switch in a hidden location and no one can start without hitting the switch.
Its just "one" wire (blue/black?) that needs to be grounded to start.

The safety switch you describe would be similiar to your brake switch.. are you trying to "bypass" this switch or add it on?
Yes it is a simple switch just like a doorbell.. except for one issue..
I do believe that with the switch "protruding" out the circuit will be "closed", and when you push it in, the switch circuit will be "open"
kinda opposite the doorbell theory...
