just installed my neuspeed rear sway bar on my dc2. its making a popping noise when i turn really hard or when i go from a stop or go down the curb on my driveway. my setup is tokico illuminas with eibach prokits and ssr rear lower control arms. everything is tight as hell. anyone have an idea of what it could be?

 

popping could be it either to loose or to tight. to loose and it would move in and out of the slot for the bolt, to tight and it could be stressing the end links way to much or the endlinks themselves are not properly set up

 

any suggestions on how to setup the end links?
