Default Needing a little help with a swap..

Ok...Right now, I have a 99 Civic Si, with a 94 JDM B18C swap. However, it looks like I've got my hands on an EG Hatch. What all am I going to need? I alreayd know that I'll need an OBD I engine harness and distributor. And of course a mount kit.
- However, which shift linkage do I use?
- Can my springs and shocks swap over as well?
- What all do I need to take off or get to swap the rear disks from the coupe to the hatch?
- I've been told that I won't have AC unless I take the parts off a certain Del Sol, is this true?
- Will my exhaust be too long?
- I've been told my cold air intake won't fit. If this is the case, where would I be able to get one that would?
- What are some websites for parts that you would suggest?

Thank you for your time and help!!

Your post is confusing. Are you putting the 94 b18c into the eg? Or are you trying to take everything off the 99 and put it on the eg? Try searching use the archive feature you will find plenty of info.

The 94 B18C that's in my Si right now will be going into the EG. That's how I know I'll need an OBD I wiring harness and distributor, because right now the way I have my OBD II to OBD I conversion set up is that I have the OBD I ECU and the OBD II wiring harness with a jumper harness. So...that's why I want to know what I'll be able to use...such as shift linkage and such on the EG. I don't know if I'll need a different shift linkage and if so..off what car? I know I'm going to need a motor mount kit. I know I"m going to need a clutch petal because the EG is an automatic. When I swapped the B18C into my Si, everything switched over for the most part off both motors, so I didn't have to get too many extra parts. This is going to be the first time I'm not doing all the work because I don't know how to do the automatic - manual conversion. But what I need ot know is what am I going to need to put my B18C into and EG hatch.

Ok...to be honest, I don't understand how this can be confusing. They are simple questions. In my original post I even put bullets beside them. Maybe this will work this way:

On a 94 B18C going into an EG hatch -

1. What shift linkage will I need?
2. Will springs and shocks off a 99 Si fit an EG hatch?
3. What will it take to swap rear disks from a 99 Si to an EG hatch?
4. Will the AC have to come out completely?
5. Will a catback from a 99 Si fit an EG hatch, or will it be too long?
6. I've been told the cold air intake won't fit. If this is the case, what year would Iit need to be for, for it to fit?
7. What are some websites that deal with parts specifically for swaps?

Ok, not to sound rude or b!tchy, but if this is still confusing, I don't know what else to do. If anyone does understand what I'm talkin' about, please help me.

Thank you!

why would you rather have the eg, than the 99si??

1. use your 99 si linkage
2. yes(rear shocks might be differant, front will definitly work)
4 you can use the ac on the civic, but it will only bolt up to 2 of the holes on the gsr bracket
5. it can be modified to fit
6. yes it will fit.
7. http://www.importautosalvage.com

what you are going to need

1. cutch and possibly brake pedal assembly from 92-00 civic or 94-01 teg
2. clutch master cyl off the same cars.
3. clutch hardlines from any civic or teg.
4. if you dont use #3, you can always run a -3an stainless braided line all the way from the clutch master to the clutch slave cyl
5. driver side engine mount and rear T bracket for 94-01 teg
6. custom trans mount specificly for auto to manual conversion. or... you can drill the spot welds out from the framerail, swap the bracket/mount for a manual version.
7. you can use your 99 distributer on the 94, just swap plugs.
8. you are going to have to add a small amount of wiring to the eg for reverse, vtec, knock, iab's
