went to canadian tire today, torque wrench 90 bux, valve spring compressor 50 bux

i almost **** my pants

can i find this stuff used anywhere? Mastercraft has a lifetime guarantee on its parts, so i'm not worried about used parts being bad or anything.

but christ, 140 bux + tax, thats how much i paid for my whole y8 head!!


also i dont suppose someone might let me borrow their spring compressor in T.O ??

 

Well you can rent a spring compressor from an automotive store such as checker or Autozone for free. I would go to one of those places first and see what they tell you. On the torque wrench though I would suggest looking around on the internet for somthing like that. Good luck on your findings.
