Default Need some tuning help...

Got my car tuned by someone off the uberdata forums in Maryland...and a month or two later, I started having problems with vtec engagement...for some reason it would only happen when the car was at full throttle as soon as you stepped on it(rather then when you eased into the throttle.)

So i removed the chip and went back to my good ol' rich skunk 2 chip...(with no rev limiter) Miscommunication when I went to get another burn, so he just sent me another map....found here:

http://www.makingapril.com/greg/Eric/tune.bin

Anyway I cant figure out how to open it when I downloaded Uberdata and all I want to do is get the chip back in my car because it was 10x better with gas milage performance....proper vtec engagement etc....

Questions:
1) what would make vtec not engage (solely on uberdata, oil was fine, solenoid was fine etc....)

2) Which version of Uberdata do I open this with?

3) can anyone burn me the chip and send it to me (ill paypal you)
