Default need some torque specs.. help!

hey great to be here in the awesome forum! i am putting my head back on my 97 VTEC prelude and was hoping someone here might be able to tell me the torque specs for the intake manifold and head bolts. the car went down when i missed a shift at WOT and went from third to second and bent 12 valves.. just had all the head work done and valves replaced and have no book for the specifications for installing the head back, took carefull notes on the disassembly but without the torque specs i am at a stand still. any help would be greatly appreciated! and again great to be here on the forum!

Intake manifold I believe is 25 lbs and I am not exactly sure of the head bolts. I believe it's 40 lbs, but please verify to make sure.

yeah i wish i could help too, but i've never worked on a Lude motor and so i don't have a manual or disc with that info on it. i have the B series specs but no H series. i'm sure the specs for the B series DOHC VTEC are close to the H series DOHC VTEC, but having EXACT specs is the way to go. not just guessing etc.

If they are the 8mm x 1.25 12's that Honda always uses, for atleast B series on the IN manifold I go to 17 ft/lbs... I don't work with H22's that much and even if their torque is similar I would still just wait to get the right numbers... For me with the B18C using OE head bolts I do 21 -> 42 -> 63 ft/lbs in that sequence... Peace
