Default Need some quick sway bar help

my car didnt some with a stock sway bar in front or rear, found one on ebay, can i use it? it doesnt have mounts but ST bushings will be ordered, and end links what should i use?
edit: it's a front bar

me personally i wouldnt buy from ebay. id rather get afresh new sway bar fresh out the box wit all the hardware so u wont have to be dickinga round trying to find pieces to make it work and fit. but i think enegry suspension might sell a kit for bushings and end links. im not sure. good luck

I would rather go to the local wrecking yard and buy one from there, especially a front one. Around here I can get one front one cheap. Also, make sure that it fits your car, but as mentioned above, I wouldn't buy from ebay until I checked for a local used one and saved on shipping too.

For the rear you're going to want aftermarket anyway because most stock are not thick enough. The ST has a F/R set for a decent price btw. ITR is cheap for the rear. You probably should get new OEM endlinks, because you want good bushings, but another thing you can use (on the rear at least) is buy rod end links. Good ones cost about the same as OEM endlinks I think.

well what car do you have.

if you have a civic, any lower model(dx/lx/vx) didnt have a front swap bar...92-up

not sure about 90 hatch....but you should check it out

and in order to put one on you have to either swap lower control arms from an ex, or get the ST mount kit....not just any old endlinks

That's true. I wrote my reply with the assumption that you were aware that you needed LCAs with holes for the endlink bolts.

if u buying it from ebay and u said you are u better make sure that te bar comes wit all the mounting brackets and hardware or youll neva get that thing on. and u can buy a s.t kit front and rear for pretty cheap price wit all hardware and brackets. ive known ppl to buy something from ebay and when the product came in it was the wrong product, pieces were missing, didnt fit but your car yrou money
