Default Need some help with tuning...

Hello..

I've got some general tuning questions for you guys with MAP sensor equipped turbo engines. I've got a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer that I'm building a turbo setup for. It's MAP sensor equipped (1 bar).. and I'm wondering what you guys do to get around tuning past atmospheric pressure? I'd like to put a 2 bar map sensor in, and just tune around it.. but, I'm not sure what hardware I can use for that. What are you guys using? Will a V-AFC do that? I am going to most likely use a J&S Safeguard for timing control.. I know it's not a Honda.. but, I'd appreciate anyone's input with some experience on the matter. Thanks!

Travis

Since you have a GM just get a GM 3 bar MAP sensor. You shouldn't have to tune around it. And you want a SAFC not a VAFC. VAFC is for Vtec, SAFC is for all others and has more tools.
